Reviewer Guidelines
Core Ethical Principles

Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must decline assignments if there is any conflict of interest, including:
- Same institution or recent collaboration
- Personal or professional relationships
- Financial or competitive conflicts
Strict Policy: The use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini)
for generating or modifying review content is strictly prohibited.
Review Process
- Double-blind peer review system
