Call for Special Sessions

2nd International Conference on Augmented Reality, Intelligent Systems, and Industrial Automation (ARIIA 2026)

📌 Overview

Special Sessions are a vital component of ARIIA 2026 and are highly encouraged. These sessions aim to create focused platforms for in-depth discussions on emerging research areas, interdisciplinary themes, and innovative applications aligned with the conference scope.

📌 Objective

• Highlight cutting-edge topics within Augmented Reality, Intelligent Systems, and Industrial Automation
• Foster collaboration among researchers and practitioners
• Encourage submission of high-quality, theme-specific research contributions

📌 Session Requirements

• Minimum of 05 registered and presented papers required
• Each paper will be allocated 15 minutes including Q&A
• Up to 1 Chair and 2 Co-Chairs allowed
• Organizers are responsible for managing and recommending submissions

📌 Proposal Submission

Interested researchers are invited to submit their Special Session proposals. The proposal must include:

• Special Session Title
• Brief Description (2–3 lines)
• Names of Chair and Co-Chair(s) with affiliations

📌 Review & Notification

• All proposals will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and TPC
• Notification will be provided as per conference schedule
• Accepted sessions will be listed in the official program

📌 Important Dates

• Last Date for Proposal Submission: 30th April 2026

📌 Recognition

• Special Session Chairs will be formally honored
• Certificate of Appreciation will be awarded

📌 Important Notes

• A dedicated CMT track will be created for each approved session
• Organizers must promote their session and guide submissions
• Sessions with fewer than 05 papers will be merged into regular tracks
