ARIIA 2026 follows a rigorous, transparent, and unbiased peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of all accepted submissions.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening using plagiarism detection software (Turnitin). Only papers that meet the prescribed similarity criteria are forwarded for peer review. The maximum permissible similarity index for ARIIA 2026 is 10%, excluding references, bibliography, and commonly used phrases. The similarity check must be performed using a minimum word match setting of three (3).
Manuscripts exceeding the permitted similarity limit are rejected outright without review. Any paper found to be plagiarized at any stage, including after publication, will be immediately rejected or retracted.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to a minimum of two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant research domain. Reviewers are selected from the Program Committee and external subject-matter experts to ensure balanced and unbiased evaluation.
ARIIA 2026 adopts a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed. Each manuscript is evaluated based on the following criteria:
Reviewers provide detailed and constructive feedback along with one of the following recommendations: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject. This feedback is shared with authors to facilitate improvement and scholarly rigor.
Final decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection are made by the Program Chairs based on reviewer reports. In cases of conflicting evaluations, an additional reviewer or the Program Chairs may provide further assessment.
Authors required to revise their manuscripts must submit the revised version within the specified timeline. Revised submissions are evaluated to ensure that all reviewer comments have been adequately addressed.
Authors of accepted papers are formally notified, and the final camera-ready version is requested for inclusion in the conference proceedings. All accepted papers must strictly comply with the conference formatting, registration, and copyright guidelines.
